I moved in this Summer & have loved every second of living here, even with COVID causing some restrictions. The building is gorgeous and so well maintained- you can’t beat the location, either. The staff is always responsive & Emily has been so helpful since before I even moved in. You truly feel a sense of community here and everyone is so friendly. Considering the location being right in the heart of downtown the noise is minimal. 10/10 recommend living at Venue Tower!

Just moved in and so far love living here. Emily, our leasing agent has been overly helpful with showings prior to moving in and any thing we have needed since. Love the location and the building itself. Coffee and water in the lobby has been a lifesaver! Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a downtown living experience!

While I have only been here a couple weeks, the location and staff have been outstanding! Luke & Ater have been incredibly helpful. Luke went over & above to ensure I had everything I needed for the apartment. The neighbors are wonderful, apartment is beautiful- Great place to live!

I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience living at The Venue Tower thus far. The design and location what is really caught my attention. I do not have any complaints and I am a proud member of the community. I am really looking forward to spending some time at the shared patio area now that the weather is decent. Living in the heart of downtown will allow me to have ease of access to various events and activities that are happening in the city!

The cleaning staff is very good at what they do and are super friendly, great pick!

Venue Tower apartments have been a great experience thus far. Not only do we have the best apartment location in town, the layout and amenities are extremely up to date and clean. The modern touch of the floor to ceiling windows make the view of the city spectacular. The management company has been so easy to work with making the move-in process seamless as possible
